Business challenge

Crisler Center needed a cost-justified compost collection strategy that could reduce contamination, account for fan behavior, and create a clean backend process for high-volume events.

Services provided

  • Assessed contamination, traffic, gaze, sentiment, and common incorrect disposal moments.
  • Benchmarked athletics waste programs and arena sorting practices.
